1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit or to a verified personal account in your name.

Verified accounts typically receive GCash and Maya withdrawals the same day, with processing completed within a few hours of request during business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are generally processed within one banking day.

KG77 PH reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your kg77 ph account balance and you will be notified of the reason by email or live chat. Common reasons include incomplete verification, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7 Betting Rules

8 Casino Games and Slots

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct (such as self-exclusion), any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

11 Responsible Gaming

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of kg77 ph shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Changes to These Terms
